Westside Mortgage, LLC is a correspondent mortgage lender licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance since 2004. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing law and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We do not issue mortgage loan commitments nor fund any mortgage loans. All loans are arranged through third-party providers.
Jesus "Jesse" Sanez (NMLS # 257470), the President of the company is a licensed New York lawyer. He has been doing mortgages and financing since 2004. He is a graduate of Cardozo School of Law in New York City, University of the Philippines and Our Lady of Penafrancia Minor Seminary (valedictorian). He is a devoted family man with four lovely daughters.
